09/13/2005 11:03 AM Alert
All employees are safe and accounted for, although some have lost their homes and are now temporarily living at the office. The office sustained some wind and water damage but all inventory, tools, vehicles, servers and customer files are intact. Utilities have been fully restored and UPS, FedEx and US mail have resumed operation. We are 90% back in operation as of 9/12 although it has been extremely difficult contacting customers that have jobs in progress. Our biggest problem so far (Thank God), is that we were unable to attend the CEDIA convention this year.

We are ok, but there are tens of thousands of families that have lost everything and are in need of your prayers and donations. The devastation to Southeast Louisiana and across the Mississippi / Alabama gulf coast is practically incomprehensible. Please consider donating to any one of the relief charities ASAP. As it stands, it will take several decades for this area to fully recover from this appalling catastrophe.

Not to fear; the South WILL rise again!

Thanks,

Tracy Cooper CCPI II
